A four-day guided circuit through the Néouvielle massif, with three nights in mountain huts and stages linking Orédon, Glère, Aygues-Cluses and Bastan.
The experience
Four days from hut to hut
A four-day guided circuit through the Néouvielle massif, with three nights in mountain huts and stages linking Orédon, Glère, Aygues-Cluses and Bastan.
Day 1: Orédon to Refuge de la Glère — 11 km and 939 m ascent.
Day 2: Refuge de la Glère to Refuge d’Aygues-Cluses — 10 km and 900 m ascent.
Day 3: Refuge d’Aygues-Cluses to Refuge de Bastan via Hourquette Nère, Port-Bielh and Col de Bastanet — 8 km and 660 m ascent, without the Campana detour.
Day 4: Refuge de Bastan to Orédon — 8 km and 443 m ascent.
Three hut nights with dinner and breakfast are included. Participants provide their four picnic lunches and trail food.
The final price will be confirmed when the huts publish their 2027 rates.
What to bring
- Rucksack suitable for a four-day trek
- At least 1 litre of water
- Four picnic lunches and trail food
- Walking boots with grippy soles, preferably ankle-high
- Waterproof jacket
- Warm layer
- Cap or sun hat
- Sunglasses
- Sun cream
- Sleeping-bag liner for the hut nights
- Head torch
- Completed health information form
